Self-Defence

What does Self-Defence really mean? What is reasonable Force?
How far can you go in the eyes of the Law?
The Instructor Level Course, tries to answer these complicated and sometimes confusing questions,
whilst giving you the neccessary physical techniques to teach your Students to repel an attacker,
from armed or empty hand Strikes!
The Self-Defence that we teach is based on techniques from over 14 Martial Arts
(Thai, Filipino, Chinese, Japanese, Korean)
that we have trained for over 40 years, however most Martial Arts techniques are very similar from style to style, with slight variations, so it's how you use the techniques and not just picking a certain style for Self-Defence, this then makes it a true Mixed Martial Arts Self-Defence,
using only what is useful and practical keeping it simple, purely for street purpose for Self Protection,
making it possible for you to add this Self-Defence concept along with your own Martial Art teachings,
making your club more appealing to a wider audience,
with a chance of expanding your membership/clubs,
or by opening a much needed Self-Defence club in your area.

We can offer an intensive, certificated tuition course or assessment in Self-Defence,
become an Independent or Full Membership Instructor. Contact
