As with many professions, the practitioner may excel in their chosen field.
However, their ability to pass on these skills, in an effective way, to their student,
may need some consideration, understanding and action.
This is really where we come in, by becoming a sounding board to enable the potential instructor
to consider key issues and formulate clear protocols and procedures for their Club,
which may include:

Ø How they communicate effectively with their students and why?

Ø The importance of creating and maintaining effective working relationships
with their students, their parents, other instructors and other clubs and Why?

Ø Why they need to maintain a safe, hazard free training environment and how they can achieve this.

Ø Why a training environment free from discrimination, oppression and abuse is essential
and how it may effect their class attendance and dynamics if it is not a consideration.

Ø The content and timing of Training, Assessment/Gradings.

Ø How to cost, advertise, produce, maintain and adapt the content of their training and resources.

Once the instructor feels equipped to deal with these issues,
naturally it follows that their confidence will increase
and as it does so shall the clubs performance and outcomes.
Their ability to make decisions and feel in control
is integral to running a safe and profitable club for all concerned”.
